📋 Description

• Home health RN visits in Charlottesville, VA.
• Follow designated care plans for patient needs.
• Perform meds administration, wound care, and procedures as assigned.
• Monitor patients and report changes to supervisors.
• Document observations and interventions using EMR on a tablet.
• Travel to cases within designated territories as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Active VA Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum 1 year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Graduate from accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time well.
• Strong interpersonal skills; solid computer/EMR skills.
