Robot Operator/Technician (Hammond, LA)

📋 Description

• Participate in assembly/installation of the gantry palletizing system
• Enable and monitor the AmbiStack machine as it palletizes boxes
• Take primary ownership of the site as the customer point-of-contact
• Schedule, track, and perform preventative maintenance
• Report abnormalities to the engineering team
• Build and maintain reactive technical support processes

🎯 Requirements

• Excitement for robotics and innovative technologies
• Basic technical skills for software, mechanical, and electrical engineering
• Product support engineering experience in electro-mechanical hardware and software systems
• Working knowledge of Google Suite, Asana, Slack, Jira, and hardware and software principles
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and customer communication experience
• A self-starter mentality with a bias toward action and strong follow through
