Robotics Production Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead a team of technicians in robotics assembly, rework, and repair
• Report on delivery, risks, and blockers to department head
• Own and drive team culture to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality
• Build electro-mechanical assemblies according to CAD, drawings, and work instructions
• Perform precise mechanical assembly, harness routing, sensor installation
• Assist in functional testing of subassemblies and full robots

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in leading teams in electromechanical assembly or product development
• 3+ years in electromechanical assembly or hand-assembly of complex systems
• Proven ability to work with mechanical, electrical, and embedded systems
• Strong attention to detail and safety in build quality
• Ability to read CAD, mechanical drawings, and wiring diagrams
• Hands-on experience with tools, fixtures, soldering, harness assembly
