📋 Description

• Lead all in-house MRO operations; safe, high-quality throughput.
• Own the DHR platform; ensure digital history for every robot.
• Define DHR handshake: track hardware history from field to teardown.
• Forecast critical spare parts; partner with central Supply Chain.
• Review spare parts requests against revisions and budget.
• Manage FRUs: refurbish failed modules and certify for inventory.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical service ops, manufacturing leadership, or MRO.
• Leadership: proven track record managing technical teams and repair floors.
• Inventory & Systems: forecasting, inventory workflows, with procurement.
• Process Rigor: deep familiarity with DHR/eDHR systems and docs.
• Preferred: scaling operations in a startup hardware product.
• Hands-on with mechatronics, high-DOF actuators, complex assemblies.
