Robotics Technician

📋 Description

• Modify and retrofit tools and equipment for control system integration
• Install and wire sensors, switches, actuators, and I/O
• Assemble, align, and calibrate robot cells, tooling, and fixtures
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical faults
• Work safely around energized and moving equipment, applying lockout/tagout
• Document machine state, redline schematics, label builds, record measurements

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Hands-on trade experience (mechanic, millwright, fabricator, etc.)
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, drilling, tapping, metalwork
• Metrology skills: calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, squares, feeler gauges
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow tolerances
• Knowledge of safe practices around industrial equipment (lockout/tagout, PPE)
