Robotics Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain system-level and integration tests for Motion Intelligence.
• Write clean Python test code and evolve testbeds and testing facilities.
• Define ODD for locomotion and translate real environments into lab scenarios.
• Own field-to-lab-to-simulation loop; analyze failures and build regression coverage.
• Build test coverage across software and mechatronic systems and configurations.
• Collaborate with software, controls, hardware, systems and field teams to boost reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in robotics, mechatronics, CS, electrical or mechanical engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with robotic or mechatronic systems in testing, integration or field deployment.
• Python for test automation, data analysis and tooling; working knowledge of C++.
• Linux and ROS/ROS2 experience; middleware and interfaces in robotic systems.
• Experience designing, automating or maintaining system-level tests; Gazebo or Isaac Sim.
• Structured, methodical, and clear written and spoken English.
