Robotics Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end reliability and manufacturing tests from NPI to mass production
• Manage test fixtures with suppliers and run tests across HQ, CM, and third parties
• Lead failure analysis and root-cause actions with engineering teams
• Maintain HQ reliability lab and plan environmental/life testing
• Coordinate tests with contract manufacturers and suppliers
• Travel ~10% to CM/supplier sites

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics with 5+ years in hardware reliability/test
• Strong Python for test automation and data processing
• Hands-on lab experience with reliability equipment and fixtures
• Experience with contract manufacturers and supplier testing
• Statistical methods, DOE, Cpk, Gage R&R, AQL
• SolidWorks or CAD for fixtures; LabVIEW preferred
