📋 Description

• Release Validation: end-to-end tests before fleet deployment.
• Regression Coverage: automate/manual tests; triage failures.
• CI/CD Participation: add tests to GitLab CI and GitHub Actions.
• Policy Evaluations: design and run evaluations; define success criteria.
• Simulation & Sim-to-Real: run sims with tests; feed insights to policy.
• E2E Metrics: build metrics pipeline and release dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in software test engineering or automation, with robotics exposure.
• Python for scripting; comfortable reading C++.
• ROS/ROS2 knowledge and robot interaction.
• Linux (Ubuntu) proficiency; terminal and scripting.
• Methodical, curious mindset; edge-case finder.
• Nice-to-Have: robotics simulators (Gazebo, NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Unity).
