📋 Description

• Internal authority on roof/exterior measurement standards
• Define acceptance criteria for REM outputs for carriers and contractors
• Translate measurement standards into test cases and QA practices
• Review photogrammetric and AI outputs for accuracy and edge cases
• Advise on imagery sources and field verification standards
• Collaborate with VP, product, Eng, Ops, and GTM on roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years with Xactimate or Cotality/Symbility in a professional role
• Deep knowledge of residential/commercial insurance claim workflows
• Hands-on experience producing roof measurement reports from third parties
• Familiarity with aerial and oblique imagery for estimates
• Experience with carriers, TPAs, or restoration contractors
• Ability to translate field knowledge into testable requirements
