📋 Description

Serve as internal authority on roof/exterior measurements definitions
Define acceptance criteria for Verisk/Cotality outputs
Partner with Engineering/QA to convert standards into tests
Review photogrammetric/AI outputs for accuracy & edge cases
Advise on aerial/oblique imagery usage in workflows
Guide REM output design for Xactimate/Cotality workflows

🎯 Requirements

5+ years with Verisk Xactimate or Cotality/Symbility platforms
Deep knowledge of residential/commercial insurance claim workflows
Experience evaluating roof measurement outputs vs field conditions
Familiarity with aerial/oblique imagery for estimates
Experience with insurers, TPAs, or restoration contractors in technical/ops roles
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
