Works under the direction of the Project Director and provides career guidance, case management and
Conducts interviews and assessments to identify participant needs, interests, and abilities
Ensures participant suitability and eligibility prior to enrollment
Coordinates with participant to develop Individual Service Strategy/Individual Employment Plan (IEP)
Provides assistance or referrals to participants to successfully complete objectives
Refers participants to alternate agencies for additional programs

🎯 Requirements

Excellent communications skills
Accurate reporting, timely case noting into system
Ability to effectively interact with participants
Knowledge of community social services/support agencies
Some local travel may be required
Some occasional nontraditional hours may be required
