• Rotate through three functions, six months each: Gateway Ops (Air or Ocean), Customs, and Sales /
• Own the shipment lifecycle: execute bookings, manage exceptions, and maintain data integrity
• Build automation and reporting skills through structured coursework
• Become a global trade expert by navigating customs regulations
• Take on go-to-market work and build client-facing skills
• Identify a real business problem in the function and build tooling/process fix to solve it
