• Evaluate roto/paint outsourced work to an expert standard.
• Provide feedback in ShotGrid to ensure quality and client vision.
• Collaborate with the Compositing Supervisor and Production on solutions.
• Keep Production and team informed of status and issues.
• May perform simple compositing tasks as needed.
• Participate in mid/post mortems; provide feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supervising roto/paint outsourcing for VFX
• Strong knowledge of roto/paint workflows for film/TV
• Proficiency with ShotGrid for feedback and tracking
• Ability to enforce quality standards and align with client vision
• Collaborative with 2D/Compositing teams and production
• Willingness to perform simple compositing tasks if needed
