📋 Description

• Lead House Rx's distributed team of specialty pharmacists across ONC, GI, and RA pods; own the
• Develop a comprehensive pharmacist training program with PV1/PV2 verification, prior authorization
• Own a structured onboarding path with defined ramp milestones and competency checks; establish
• Track training completion and effectiveness and iterate based on productivity and quality outcomes.
• Actively manage daily pharmacist coverage across the ONC, GI, and RA pods; monitor queue health
• Plan for PTO, absences, and demand shifts; maintain cross-pod coverage contingencies; serve as

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license; PharmD or BS in Pharmacy.
• Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain licensure in multiple states (multi-state remote
• 5+ years of specialty pharmacy experience, including 2+ years in a lead, PIC, or supervisory
• Demonstrated experience building training programs, defining SOPs, or leading process
• Ability to manage staffing/coverage across multiple teams in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
• Strong command of specialty pharmacy workflows: prescription and product verification, prior
