Lead the gamut of the accounting team: book closing, reporting, and fixed assets to ensure accurate
Ensure preparation of management and regulatory reports, including the compilation of data for
Assist the RTR tower lead for all accounting related activities
Have strong analytical skills; to be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions
Ensure the team is replying to all queries in a timely manner and all queries are dealt correctly
Manage the teams members, ensuring that the team functions effectively and efficiently

🎯 Requirements

~6-8 years of progressive work experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a shared service
Proven experience in RTR process preferably in a shared service environment managing a team of
Strong attention to detail, organised and results orientated
Good working knowledge of Finance processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exposure to SAP Finance & relevant modules
