📋 Description

• Handle customer support for an assigned game studio.
• Assist players with account and technical issues.
• Resolve purchase- and gameplay-related queries.
• Work with Team Lead and Operations Manager; complete training.
• Stay updated on client projects and releases to help players.

🎯 Requirements

• Russian (advanced, C1) and English (intermediate, B2).
• You are located in Georgia, Kazakhstan, or Ukraine.
• You have in-depth gaming knowledge and love video games.
• You own a modern gaming setup (console or PC).
• You are a fast learner, take the initiative and excel at troubleshooting.
• Optional: experience in a customer service environment is a plus.
