🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Rust, with hands-on experience in high-performance, low-latency systems
• Deep understanding of exchange/matching engine mechanics: order book design, margin systems
• Solid grounding in blockchain fundamentals (consensus, P2P networking, cryptography); experience
• Strong systems-performance mindset: profiling, memory/allocator tuning, and designing for
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and logical reasoning skills; genuine passion for trading
