Rust Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and develop the next generation of the Proactive DLP engine in Rust
• Migrate existing C++, C# and Python components to Rust, and maintain them until they are replaced
• Build and orchestrate AI agents that generate, test and refactor code, and design the validation
• Review design specs and code, including code produced by AI agents
• Product maintenance and implementing new versions of the product
• Design specifications and write test cases

🎯 Requirements

• Strong command of Rust, or strong C++ with a clear drive to move to Rust
• Solid C++ knowledge and hands-on experience with C# and Python, the current engine stack
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and LLM-based tooling, and the mindset to direct agents
• 2+ years programming experience for Linux platforms
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Expertise in multi-threaded programming and memory management
