📋 Description

• Design, develop, and optimise low-latency, mission-critical trading systems.
• Own key trading stack end-to-end — architecture to production.
• Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to boost performance and resilience.
• Maintain trading infra with performance, stability, observability, and operability.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across exchange connectivity, execution, and market data.
• Drive engineering standards through leadership, code reviews, and mentoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, concurrent systems; Tokio preferred.
• Hands-on trading experience: HFT, Market Making, or Quantitative Trading.
• Strong AWS and Linux expertise for latency-sensitive workloads.
• Proficiency in Python or scripting for strategy development and automation.
• Deep familiarity with trading protocols: FIX, REST, WebSocket.
• Low-latency networking: TCP/UDP, latency path analysis, and DPDK.
