📋 Description

• Collaborate with HR on selecting/onboarding Destination Experts.
• Coach and develop Sales Directors; monitor performance.
• Create development plans to drive regional performance.
• Own regional revenue, margins, and P&L alongside partners.
• Ensure stellar customer experience across the sales journey.
• Align product and marketing to client expectations and pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Hospitality, or related.
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership in sales/commercial operations.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in international markets.
• Strong financial acumen; experience with performance metrics.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
