📋 Description

• Engage with recipients in the field to audit enrolment surveys and processes.
• Assess field processes and recommend corrections to improve data quality.
• Measure data quality against standards and flag inconsistencies.
• Ensure field team compliance with program policies and GD standards.
• Identify risks and report fraud/bribery by staff or recipients.
• Represent GD professionally to external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience with underserved communities.
• Experience in monitoring and evaluation, auditing surveys and processes.
• Fluency in Kinyarwanda with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications and mobile data collection tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
