📋 Description

• Run daily reconciliation reports twice a day for both Malta and the UK to ensure regulatory
• Match internal ledgers against external bank accounts for fiat funds (safeguarding) and digital
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and identify the root causes of any regulatory breaks or reporting
• Automate and optimize existing in-house Google Sheets and Excel reports to improve efficiency and
• Support high-priority cross-functional projects, including operational enablement for broader

🎯 Requirements

• A highly logical and analytical mindset with a strong approach to independently troubleshooting
• Proven experience in reconciliation, financial analysis, or business analysis (a strict treasury
• Advanced proficiency and comfort living in spreadsheets and handling formulas (XLS and Google
• A solid understanding of the "flow of funds" and the business case behind financial transactions.
