🎯 Requirements

Experience in trust & safety, integrity, or risk policy
Hands-on ops experience owning or QA-ing live enforcement queues
KYC, identity verification, or identity assurance
Experience navigating regulatory landscapes (DSA, GDPR)
Cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy
Comfort using SQL to measure outcomes
