Safeguards Enforcement Analyst, Child Safety

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day child safety review workflows, routing, queues, escalations, and SLAs
• Primary contact for review partners, onboarding, training, QA, and relationships
• Design and improve workflows to scale volume with high accuracy
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to optimize CSAM/CSEM detection and enforcement systems
• Review novel or ambiguous content to drive decisions and surface policy gaps
• Develop and maintain internal docs, decision trees, and review guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in trust & safety, content moderation, or policy enforcement with CSAM/CSEM exposure
• Experience managing content review operations, including QA and workflows
• Experience building and scaling policy enforcement or review workflows
• Proficiency in SQL or data analysis tools to monitor workflow health and trends
• Experience identifying risks and communicating findings to cross-functional teams
• Understanding challenges implementing product policies at scale in content moderation
