📋 Description

• Define fraud & scams policy taxonomy; classify, prioritize, escalate cases
• Investigate and dismantle organized abuse rings; implement durable controls
• Stand up proactive fraud detection and customer-facing flows for fraud cases
• Build the dispute and chargeback strategy with payments partners
• Quantify fraud losses and control efficacy to drive investments
• Author contractor playbook for fraud review; QA of scaled output

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; deep payment-fraud exp in fintech/marketplace
• Experience building or scaling a fraud program from early stage
• Working command of payment-network and dispute mechanics
• Comfort owning an area: prioritizing ruthlessly, shipping iteratively
• Data-savvy: comfortable using SQL or similar tools to quantify fraud losses
• Strong written communication for briefs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
