📋 Description

• Design scalable automated enforcement systems and review workflows
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to optimize detection models
• Review flagged content to drive enforcement and policy improvements
• Enforce usage policies on AI-enabled influence operations and targeting
• Support Safeguards policy design with feedback from real enforcement
• Stay updated on AI enforcement best practices and evolving regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in trust/safety, policy enforcement, or threat intelligence
• Experience scaling policy enforcement or content review workflows
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
• Experience identifying emerging risks and communicating findings to stakeholders
• Experience with generative AI products and crafting prompts for content review
• Understanding of scaling product policies in content moderation
