Safeguards Enforcement Analyst, Violence & Extremism

📋 Description

• Design scalable automated enforcement systems and review workflows
• Develop and maintain evals to measure model performance across policy areas
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to optimize detection and enforcement
• Review flagged content to drive enforcement decisions and surface gaps
• Support policy design with structured feedback from real enforcement cases
• Stay current with threats and regulatory changes to inform workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in policy enforcement, threat intel, counterterrorism or related fields
• Experience standing up and scaling policy enforcement or content review workflows
• Proficiency in SQL and/or other data analysis tools
• Experience identifying emerging risks and communicating to diverse stakeholders
• Experience working with generative AI products and content review prompts
• Understanding challenges of implementing product policies at scale
