Safety and Compliance Coordinator

📋 Description

• Input, update, and manage safety database systems, tracking incidents, audits, and corrective
• Monitor records for training completion, equipment inspections, and medical or vehicle
• Review, update, and upload safety manuals, programs, insurance certificates, and client-required
• Generate routine and ad hoc compliance reports to support management and safety committee reviews.
• Identify missing documentation or compliance lapses and coordinate with field teams or vendors to

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health
• Experience with updating and managing third-party safety platforms
• Experience with tracking incidents, generating ad hoc reports and operational workflows
• Experience with managing DOT compliance and procedures.
