Safety and Security Representative

📋 Description

• Maintain strict compliance with applicable laws, safety standards, security procedures, loss
• Provide a visible security presence, conduct store patrols and safety walks, accompany team members
• De-escalate confrontations and address individuals whose behavior presents safety concerns, while

🎯 Requirements

• Have a high school diploma or GED, with two or more years of previous security, retail, or loss
• Hold or be able to obtain the required Security Guard license for the City of Denver, Colorado, and
• Bring a working knowledge of safety, security, and loss prevention principles, with prior internal
• Demonstrate strong communication skills for both public interactions and detailed incident
• Be highly detail-oriented and able to maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with
