Safety Assistant

📋 Description

• Conduct routine field safety observations, inspections, and job site assessments involving company
• Identify potential hazards, unsafe work practices, and opportunities for improvement, providing
• Support compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and established safe operating
• Conduct and assist with safety training, including ladder safety, fall protection, electrical
• Participate in incident and near-miss investigations, assist with identifying root causes, and

🎯 Requirements

• Previous occupational safety experience in construction, utilities, telecommunications, or a
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and general construction safety practices.
• Ability to recognize workplace hazards and recommend practical corrective actions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage multiple field locations.
• Comfortable conducting safety discussions, field coaching, and employee training.
