Safety Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support the Workplace Safety Manager in site-level safety programs, audits, and compliance.
• Conduct safety inspections and walkthroughs on the returns floor.
• Assist with incident investigations and near-miss reporting.
• Coordinate new hire safety orientations and ongoing training.
• Maintain safety records and training completion.
• Drive measurable safety improvements with Operations leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in safety, operations, or warehouse (internships welcome).
• OSHA 10 General Industry Certification
• Basic understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and communicate hazards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with associates at all levels.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
