Safety Coordinator

📋 Description

• Identify safety compliance issues and risks via audits.
• Facilitate incident investigations and root causes.
• Lead investigations of workplace incidents (equipment and fleet safety).
• Conduct Job Hazard Analysis and assess new equipment risks.
• Ensure RTR Safety Program compliance with laws and policies.
• Maintain safety records and metrics; document OSHA logs.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Safety, Environmental, Ergonomics, or related field.
• 1+ year of safety/environmental program experience in manufacturing, production.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations applicable in RTR's industry.
• Proficient with Google Suite, Google Sheets, Looker, and Jira.
• OSHA 30/10 certification is a plus.
