Safety Function Manager (AMER)

📋 Description

• Own delivery of active North American projects across safety, quality, schedule and cost.
• Lead and grow the region's Project Delivery Managers and teams.
• Drive consistent execution standards with Volta function leaders.
• Manage senior relationships with GCs, consultants and vendors.
• Direct resource planning across concurrent builds, with right-site capability.
• Own regional reporting, risk management and escalation to leadership.
• Shape delivery strategy for new NA sites from planning to mobilisation.
• Embed lessons learned across the fleet so projects build faster and safer.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant data centre delivery experience, with multiple concurrent projects.
• A track record leading project managers and large multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Deep experience managing GCs and major works packages in live delivery environments.
• A safety-first leadership record on complex construction programmes.
• Strong commercial judgement across contracts, cost and change on major capital projects.
• Confident executive-level communication and reporting.
• Willingness to travel regularly across North American sites.
