Safety Manager

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and enforce warehouse safety policies aligned with OSHA.
• Lead TDR program, PIT safety compliance, and other safety initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date safety manuals, docs, and training records.
• Oversee onboarding safety training for new hires and refresher training.
• Conduct PIT certification, hazard awareness, and emergency response training.
• Coach on safe practices, PPE use, and hazard recognition.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field.
• 3–5 years of safety, compliance, or risk mgmt in warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, warehouse safety standards, and accident prevention.
• Experience leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
