📋 Description

• Own youth safety policy portfolio: CSAM, grooming, age assurance.
• Lead policy lifecycle from scoping to enforcement and QA feedback.
• Partner with Legal to embed KOSA, COPPA, DSA, Online Safety Act.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety, Engineering, ML on enforcement infra.
• Drive policy updates from implementation data and incidents.
• Represent Discord externally to civil society and regulators.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in trust & safety, policy, or child safety roles.
• Deep youth safety expertise: CSAM, grooming, age assurance, regs.
• KOSA, COPPA, DSA, Online Safety Act experience.
• Policy writing that survives implementation; clear criteria.
• Experience with ML/automation to translate policy into signals.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
