📋 Description

• Lead and enforce all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (OSHA and company
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments throughout the warehouse
• Investigate workplace incidents, injuries, and near misses; determine root cause and implement
• Track and analyze safety metrics (TRIR, near misses, incident trends) to identify improvement
• Facilitate safety training for new hires and ongoing training for associates and leadership
• Lead daily/weekly safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics best practices.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
