📋 Description

• Spam Safety Specialist, Platform Integrity, Enforcement Ops (US, remote-friendly).
• Own and evolve Spam enforcement guidelines using policy intent and signals.
• Lead escalations end-to-end; coordinate investigations to protect platform health.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Sales to leverage AI signals and tooling.
• Support growth while protecting Pinners through accurate vendor enforcement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in tech enforcement/spam with end-to-end ownership.
• Proven experience leading operational or support programs with KPIs.
• Significant outsourcing/scaled support experience; vendor accountability.
• Strong customer focus, curiosity, and root-cause problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence across teams.
