SailPoint IdentityIQ Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide ongoing operational support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance for SailPoint
• Develop, configure, and maintain connectors, workflows, forms, rules, policies, and reports.
• Manage identity lifecycle: provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, approvals
• Support onboarding and integrate AD, Azure AD, databases, and third-party services.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to improve governance and performance.
• Contribute to documentation and continuous improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ in production.
• Strong expertise in Identity Governance & Administration, Identity Lifecycle Management, access
• Experience integrating AD, Azure AD, SCIM, REST/XML web services, and relational databases.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, SQL, or similar scripting and development technologies.
• Knowledge of Java EE or Microsoft .NET environments and security best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently in a
