📋 Description

• Participate actively in all tasks related to the Payroll/Salary Department in an international
• Managing the hiring and termination of employees
• Monitoring absenteeism at work
• Overseeing the entire payroll process
• Advising other departments on Labor Law and Social Security
• Monitoring collective bargaining agreements and analysis of regulatory changes

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or post-graduate degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Law, Labor
• At least B2 level English
• Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
