Sales Account Executive

📋 Description

• Engaging with prospective SMB customers through discovery calls, and understand their business
• Driving full sales cycle, from early prospecting and qualification; to demos and sales; to ensuring
• Guiding customers through Monzo's business banking offerings - providing clear, factual information
• Being a product expert: fully understand Monzo's business banking products, features and services.
• Managing a pipeline of leads with strong attention to data hygiene: timely follow-ups, accurate
• Driving activation: not just closing, but ensuring new business customers are fully set up

🎯 Requirements

• Have experience in Small Business sales, ideally selling business solutions or financial services
• Have a proven track record of meeting (or exceeding) sales quotas / targets in a performance-driven
• Are an expert at managing a full sales cycle: from prospecting to activation, including structured
• Have high emotional intelligence and are able to quickly connect and build a relationship with
• Are a strategic communicator, excellent at building trust and helping customers discover value -
• Are adaptable and resilient, you embrace change and have a strong winning mindset to see challenges
