📋 Description

• Complete 80-100 outbound calls and emails daily to targeted residential communities and property
• Use power dialers and CRM tools to initiate conversations, qualify prospects, present the
• Generate at least 20 qualified meetings per month through consistent follow-ups and structured
• Conduct 4-5 live software demonstrations per week through video calls with property managers and

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle B2B sales, outbound Sales Development Representative
• Proven ability to complete 80-100 daily calls and emails using power dialers and structured email
• Demonstrated success independently generating meetings, delivering product demonstrations, and
• Strong telephone presence, persuasive communication, and effective objection-handling skills.
