Sales Account Manager

📋 Description

• Take ownership of an existing book of ~350 SMB accounts, roughly $8MM ARR, as the primary point of
• Use account data (spend trends, product mix, and usage volume) to decide which accounts need
• Protect and grow the total revenue of your book. Retain existing spend, catch risk early, and
• Move customers upmarket through product expansion and winning a larger share of wallet from
• Build relationships with several contacts at each key account, from technical stakeholders to
• Learn each customer's communications needs across voice, phone numbers, E911, and messaging. Find

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of closing or BDR experience with a track record of hitting targets
• The ability to manage a high-volume book without letting important accounts slip
• Comfort using data to prioritize your time and build a case for customers
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical products simply
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
