📋 Description

• Own the Day 5–90 customer journey in Uganda.
• Detect and address distress signals before defaults.
• Educate customers on device usage and repayment.
• Track weekly metrics: KYC, education, repairs, escalations.
• Coordinate across Sales, Credit, Fraud, Contact Centre, and Field teams.
• Deliver high-quality service to drive repayment outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related.
• 1–2 years experience in sales support, customer service, or field operations.
• Fluency in English and Luganda (written and spoken).
• Experience with CRM systems or customer tracking tools.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for trackers/reporting.
• WhatsApp Business and professional email; quick tool learner.
