Manage and maintain the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and pipeline hygiene
Support the sales team with admin tasks including contracts and proposals
Track and report on key sales metrics, pipeline activity, and dashboards
Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and communications with prospects
Assist in onboarding new clients and handoffs from sales to delivery
Manage inbound inquiries and route them within the sales team

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in a Sales Administrator or Sales Manager role
HubSpot CRM experience — pipelines, reporting, and data integrity
Remote work experience with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar
Experience working with US or UK-based companies or customers
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
