• Create, update, and maintain leads and sales opportunities within the CRM system, ensuring all

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, Customer Service
• Previous experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and processing sales quotes, customer contracts, and sales orders.
• Familiarity with electronic signature platforms such as Adobe Acrobat Sign or similar tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with exceptional attention to detail and
