• Welcome customers and embody the heart of the brand
• Provide customers with high-level service at every turn
• Initiate conversations, assist at the cash desk and fitting rooms, and support throughout the shop
• Process deliveries, replenish stock and merchandise the latest garments on the shop floor
• Create welcoming experiences and guide customers through their journey
• Offer genuine assistance and proactive service to uplift and inspire customers
