• Welcome customers and guide them in-store to help find what they need
• Share fashion and product knowledge to aid informed choices
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service
• Keep sales floor and back of house stocked, organized, and inviting
• Assist with opening and closing the store
• Represent brand positively in all interactions

• Experience in customer service within fashion/retail
• Passion for fashion and delivering in-store experiences

• Strong communication, eager to learn and develop
