Sales Advisor

📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI
• Engage in conversations with customers to provide excellent service and guide them through fashion
• Promote and sell products, actively promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team
• Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care
