• Greet customers and embody the heart of the brand
• Provide customers with high-level service at every turn
• Initiate conversations and assist at the cash desk, fitting rooms and throughout the shop floor
• Process deliveries, replenish stock and merchandise the latest garments on the shop floor
• Guide customers through their shopping journey with warmth and enthusiasm
• Collaborate with the team to create welcoming experiences
