• Explain loan features, terms, perks, and benefits; answer questions.
• Assist customers with applications via Salmon Agent App; verify information.
• Manage inventory and assist with unit release, documentation, turnover.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers and dealer staff for smooth handling.
